5 Reasons To Wake Up Early

First let’s start by answering this question,
Is waking up early healthy?
The answer is YES and the major significant benefit of waking up early is reduced stress level. When you rise early, it eliminates the need to rush in the morning. You can then start your day on an optimistic note and such positivity often stays with you throughout the day.

Early risers often go to bed early.

The second question that might across your mind right now is

How Much Sleep Do We Really Need?

let’s keep it brief: adults need 6 to 9 hours per night. Around 7 to 7.5 hours of actual sleep (not counting time falling asleep and getting out bed) appears to be optimal for most people.

Here is 5 Benefits to wake up early everyday:

1.Breakfast
Most people know that breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Waking up early allows us to prepare and consume a nutritious breakfast that will nourish us and give us the energy we need to tackle the rest of our day.
2.More Time to Plan the Day
Another advantage of waking up early is that we have time to plan our day. Most people are reactive when it comes to managing their day. They handle things as they come along rather than plan ahead of time how they are going to spend their valuable time. Having the time to plan how we are going to spend our day allows us to prioritize our tasks and complete them in the most efficient way.
3.Better Mental Health
Scientific studies have shown that people who wake up early are less prone to depression than those who are night owls. They also are more optimistic and have fewer psychological illnesses.
4.Exercise
We all know that exercise, working-out is an important activity that we should incorporate into our lives. Waking up early allows us to get our daily exercise out of the way when we are fully rested and energized. It makes it less likely that we will skip our workout as so often happens when we decide to exercise after work or late in the evening. You can learn more about this topic 5Great Reasons To Exercise In The Morning.
5.Sunrise/Meditation
One benefit of waking up early is the ability to witness the sunrise and enjoy nature. Besides starting the day right by watching the sun emerge, I also enjoy meditating everyday for 10 to 15 minutes, starting your morning with meditation is a great way to start the day on the right foot. Morning meditation can help you energize, help sent an intention for the day, or even help you find peace before a busy or stressful day.
