5 Reasons To Wake Up Early

5 BAD HABITS YOU SHOULD BREAK TO BE MORE PRODUCTIVE

Nowadays our life is full of habits that we have acquired consciously or unconsciously, these habits are often related to our lifestyle. For example, laziness, gluttony and procrastination are some of the consequences of those bad habits that affect our decisions and thus our life.

1- Remaining locked in the past:
Some people make poor decisions because they get used to approaches that  worked in the past and tend not to look for approaches that will work better. Better the devil they know. But, too often, when a decision is destined to go wrong it's because the old process is based on assumptions that are no longer true. Poor decision makers fail to keep those base assumptions in mind when applying the tried and true.

    2- Hitting the snooze button:
The battle with your alarm clock doesn't give your body any restorative sleep, and it drains your finite supply of willpower that you need to get through the rest of your day.

    3- Sitting all day:
The longer we sit, the less alert we become. Try walking and talking 20 to 30 miles a week to drive fresh thinking, and meditating 15 minutes every morning can give you the fresh boost you need for the rest of the day.

    4- Multitasking:
Scientific research found that only 2% of the population is capable of effectively multitasking, the rest of us should focus on one task at a time.

5- Using your phone in bed:
Smartphone LED screens give off blue light, which can suppress production of melatonin, a hormone that helps regulate the sleep cycle and makes us happier.
